Over 30 years ago, my journey with colour began as I facilitated workshops and training sessions in personal growth. My focus was on self-esteem and relationships, underpinned by Breathwork therapy, meditation, and yoga. Along the way, I realised that true transformation isn’t just internal—it shines through in how we present ourselves, from our clothing to our living spaces. Healing happens from the inside out, and the outside in.

That realisation sparked a renewed passion for Colour. After training with House of Colour, I dedicated over 20 years to working and growing with them, helping people express their inner radiance through colour.

In recent years, I’ve continued to work with clients on Colour Analysis, including collaborations with Kettlewell Colours—a company renowned for its inspirational range of colourful clothing. Recently, I've had a growing demand for consultant training in Colour and Style. Recognising the perfect opportunity to combine my expertise in training and my passion for colour, I developed a programme for aspiring Colour and Style Consultants.
